Returns & Exchanges

Online Sales Return Policy :

If you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please feel free to send it back to us within 7 days, properly insured for the purchase price and pre-paid (we will not accept CODs). The jewelry should be in original condition, in the original packaging and be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. If these requests are met you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge; otherwise we reserve the option to provide you with store credit for the item. We also like to know why you are returning it, so please include a brief note if you can-- thank you!

Please note that special order/made-to-order items or those that have been sized/altered at your request are not eligible for return or exchange. Store credits will be honored for one year from the original date of purchase. Items purchased online are not eligible for return at our Hudson showroom without prior approval; additionally, items purchased in-person at the retail showroom are not eligible for refunds for any reason. We may offer store credit at our discretion.

We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
