We accept returns for exchange or store credit only. Items purchased online may not be returned to our Hudson store, and vice versa. Merchandise must be returned in pristine, unworn condition and insured properly for the full amount, within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us for shipping requirements and RMA before sending any packages.

Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Back Orders:

Occasionally you may order something which appears to be in stock, but has actually sold in our store before we have had a chance to align our online inventory. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know if it is something we are able to order again for you. If it is an item we regularly stock, we will backorder it for you and let you know when it’s ready to ship. Stock order items usually are available to ship within 2-3 weeks.

Shipping:

We ship all items via FedEx Priority Overnight, insured for the full amount of the item. Your shipping charge will be calculated based upon your location and insured amount.
