Availability & Pricing: If you're interested in an item or specific color combination of jewelry that currently shows no availability, call us and we can tell you when and if the item will be back in stock. Many of our colored gemstones are rare or special cuts, and our inventory is often limited to a few choice examples. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item. Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Special Orders: We strive to provide you with unusual and exceptionally fine jewelry. We have exceptional resources throughout the world and we thrive on creating pieces you won’t find elsewhere. Sales Tax: New York State and City combined sales tax of 8.375% will be added to orders shipped within NY state.

Shipping: We ship fully insured through a special program with FedEx. Your direct signature is required for delivery, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx. If you are unable to sign for delivery on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for Saturday delivery through FedEx, subject to availability in your area. Additional charges may apply for this service.

Many of our items are custom-made for you when you place your order. Most items will be shipped within 10 days; however, if we need more time to compete your order we will send you notification via email of your anticipated ship date.

Please notify us if your shipment is a rush, and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline-- we want you to be happy with your new jewelry, and we’ll get it to you as fast as possible! For orders shipped outside of the contiguous U.S., please contact us first by telephone or email to receive a shipping quote.

Return Policy: All in-stock** items may be exchanged within 10 days of the date they were shipped to you, provided that they are returned in original (as-new and unused) and undamaged condition. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Geoffrey Good), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

To exchange an item, you must first contact customer service at 800.506.4854, ext. 2, to request a return authorization (RA) number. Write this number clearly and legibly on the outside of your box, under your return label. Returns with no Geoffrey Good return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

If your item is:

--Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*

--More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Geoffrey Good.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

*Geoffrey Good will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

**Made-to-order (commission) pieces may not be exchanged or returned.

Repair Policy: Items are warranted against manufacturer’s mechanical defect for up to one year, excluding gemstones and unusual wear and tear.

Our website information: We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs. Additionally, as no two stones are exactly alike and every computer monitor is set differently, colors and sizes may vary slightly from the items shown. Our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item, and make an educated and satisfying purchase.

Privacy Policy: We gather only the information that is essential to providing good service to our customers, partners and website visitors. We do not sell, lease, or license confidential information with third parties. We utilize SSL Encryption Technology for Secure Processing of your order, which is the industry standard.
